Michael Maslinski is an expert in the private banking and wealth management sector, in which he has been working as a specialist consultant since 1995, after 22 years practical experience in the sector. He has advised a wide variety of institutions on the development of their private client business, ranging from large retail and investment banks to wealth management boutiques and family offices. He was formerly Head of Marketing and Business Development at Coutts & Co.

Kate Willis founded KW Research in 1994 and was formerly a director of 'The Research Business', has over 20 years of experience of market research, particularly in conducting in depth surveys of private clients. Her vast experience in this area will be an enormous asset.

Anthony McNaughten advises private banks on the development of specialist investment services, including derivative based investment and hedging products, hedge funds and private equity. He was formerly a director of the Capital Markets Group at Bankers Trust's private bank, marketing to high net worth individuals and other private banks and a vice president with Credit Suisse Financial Products.

Jan de Zeeuw has more than 20 years practical experience in developing and implementing successful businesses strategies in this sector. From Switzerland, he pioneered for a Dutch institution, a Pan-European private bank and investment management business and later commercially integrated 2 private banks. Over the last two years, he has focused on business transformation and advised, in the Netherlands, niche private banks as well as global players on the technology led strengthening of the client value proposition and front-office organisation.

Tim Chanter is an experienced project manager in the financial services sector. He has previously worked with Mercer Management Consulting, NatWest Consultancy and Coutts & Co. He has a first class degree in Physics from Oxford University.

Ahmar Shaukuar is a specialist in private, institutional and retail asset management. He has worked as a management consultant for over ten years, assisting financial institutions in strategy development, business transformation, systems and implementation management. Major assignments have been completed for Chase Manhattan, Robert Fleming and, most recently, Deutsche Morgan Grenfell.

Stanton Smith - is one of the leading authorities on the use of information technology in client reporting and client relationship management for wealth management organizations. His career in IT and financial services spans over 25 years having worked for IBM and Logica and having been a partner in PwC and a senior executive in a number of IT software consultancies. He has a wide knowledge of IT and is often asked to undertake IT strategy and planning exercises for banks and financial institutions. He is a regular speaker at conferences.

Ian Fuller specialises in Organisational Development and training issues. With 30 years experience in Private Banking involving both leading client teams and running large opreational units, he brings a strong business focus to his area of expertise. He was latterly Head of Training and Development for Coutts Group, embracing the Coutts' businesses worldwide,NatWest Private Banking, Royal Bank of Scotland Private Banking and NatWest Stockbrokers.
